Payment & Cancellation Policy

• All bookings require a 50% non-refundable payment to confirm.
• The remaining 50% is due 7 days before arrival.
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival must be paid in full (100%) upfront and are non-refundable.
• We do not offer automatic refunds. However, we understand that travel plans can change, and we always try to be fair. Guests may submit a cancellation request at any time, and we review each one on a case-by-case basis. Refunds outside our policy may be approved at our discretion, depending on the situation and notice period.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required. The amount varies depending on the unit, dates, and booking type, typically between €0 and €400.

Hold & Release: The deposit is securely held on the guest’s card through our payment provider and automatically released after checkout, provided no damage or missing items are found.

Check-In / Check-Out

• Check-in: From 15:00 (3 PM)
• Check-out: By 12:00 (Noon)
• Late check-outs may be possible if arranged in advance and may carry an extra fee.

Children & Cribs

Children are welcome. Our prices are per unit and do not vary by age.

Cribs are available free of charge, but must be requested in advance as we have a limited number available. Early requests are recommended to ensure availability.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. If smoke is detected inside the unit or it triggers alarms, a fine of up to €2,000 may apply to cover cleaning and revenue loss.

Smoking outside is allowed, as long as windows and doors remain closed and smoke does not enter the building.

Animals

No animals are allowed inside the units under any circumstances. This is for the safety and comfort of both guests and the animals living on the property.

Payment Methods

All payments are processed in EUR (€). Guests may view prices in other currencies, but the final charge will always reflect the EUR value.

We accept major credit and debit cards via secure online checkout. Cash payments may be accepted in ISK, EUR, or USD by prior arrangement.

Other options — including digital asset settlements — may be available upon special request.

Privacy Policy (Summary)

We collect only the information necessary to manage your booking — including your name, contact details, and payment data. This information is handled securely and never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
